Casa este situată în satul Kolyvata, în muntele Skaros. Facilitățile casei sunt: ac, tv, dvd, CD. Bucătărie complet utilată, aparat espresso, prăjitor de pâine. Baterie WC cu duș, mașină de spălat. Gratar. Dacă doriți mai multe informații despre cazare și facilități pe care le avem sau avem întrebări, nu ezitați să ne contactați. The house is in the ♡ of the island unter the Skaros mountain dipped in green. The small village was in the past centuries, people and land,property belongs to the monastery of Agios Georgios,which is five hundred meters on the top of the village. Written testimonies show the existence of the village since 325 a.c.
Τhe locals lived from breeding of lambs and goats, on the mountain forest, and coal production from it ,also land cultivation. The immigration start 1910 to Amerika and 1960 to Europe and Australia.

The house was completely renovated in 2005, keeping the first line it had in the past, and giving all the necessary comforts of today. The stone walls 1 meter wide kept it cool in summer and together with the fireplace warm in winterThe facilities of the house are: ac, tv, dvd, CD.Fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine, toasters. frappe mixer.

The studio is in 6,000 m².

The studio is 34s.m. with equipped kitchen ,WC with shower . One double bed and one single bed,also sofa bed the wifi is no charge.Also you have BBQ and free parking space. the location is far from noise pollution at the top of the hill in the olive grove. Τhe distance from the nearest beach is 200 meters, the nearest supermarket 1100 meters.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a double bed. There is additional sleeping space in the apartment, comprising a single bed,and sofa bed. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen, towels, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
